IYL Events
On February 12, five students returned to Augusta, at the Governor’s request, to present to the State Board of Education and the Joint Legislative Committee on Education. Following the meeting, the students were invited to meet privately with the Governor in his office, where he thanked them for returning to the Capitol.

January 2016: Lunch Presentation to Governor Paul LePage
On January 8, 2016 a group of seven students, four teachers and two administrators were hosted for lunch by Governor Paul LePage. Students gave presentations on ‘Reimagining Education’ and were invited by the Governor to return to Augusta to present to the Legislature and State Board of Education.
